Arch Planning provides the full range of architectural services in London and the South East from preliminary appraisal of client needs, through to design stage and submission of a planning application and ultimately the successful handover of an approved project. Our architectural services include advice on initial site selection and property identification, design, and obtaining the necessary approvals. We provide a comprehensive architectural service, including:
- Feasibility Studies – Assess the merits of alternative design
- Outline and Full Proposals – Develop clients preferred design options, amend as necessary and make applications for planning approval
- Detailed Design – Co-ordinate design work including, when appointed and where necessary, that of other consultants, and submit applications for approval under the building regulations.

Architectural Fees
Our initial consultation for Architectural work is free of change, once appointed, we can tailor services to suit your requirements, i.e. preparation of architectural and working drawings and supporting statements and/or full project management of the entire project, up to tender stage. Our fee structure can be tailored around your needs, for example a package/set fee or an hourly rate, where appropriate, and having regard to the project. All fee structure/package will be discussed in detail and agreed between the parties prior to commencement of drawing work.
